Dad's Birthday
I went to visit Mum and Dad on the weekend, because it was Dad's birthday. He's now officially old - he gets a pension!
Sara Storer
I've been pretty busy for the last couple of weeks.
I went to see Sara Storer play the other night at Rooty Hill RSL - here's a photo from afterwards!
If you want to check out her new album (which I love), look at her website..

Haven't posted in a while..
I've been really busy... My Etsy store is taking up a fair bit of my time (I sold a quilt!!).

I'm also still at Uni, and have an assignment due in a week, which looks at policies that might exclude people from education (i.e. racism, age, location etc). I'm looking at access to tertiary education for those that live in rural and remote areas of Australia. It's not looking good for those folks.
When I'm not sewing, I've been making trauma teddies for the Red Cross to give to kids that end up in hospital.

I start my new job on Monday, so I'm busy tidying up loose ends at Council.
Just wanted to let you know I wasn't dead, but just busy.
I've also got another quilt on consignment for Gaye (this one will be green).
